Can I get a refund?

Unworn:  
Items that are unused and in unopened packaging can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase  
Worn:  
If the item has been opened/washed/worn and it is within 60 days of your initial order, then you will be eligible for an exchange or a refund for one item of underwear (per customer). If multiple items are bought and opened you will only be eligible for a refund on one pair of underwear. 

No refunds or exchanges can be made 60 days after the initial order date.

No Clearance items can be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final.

You will need to pay for the return postage.

What is your 60 day risk free trial?

Our hassle-free 60 day trial allows customers to try their first pair of Pippy’s for 60 days and if they are not completely happy with them they can wash and return them for a refund. This is only valid for one pair of Pippy’s from your very first order with us.

How do I return my items for a refund?

If you would like to return your items and are within the refund policy outlined above then please email us at [email protected] letting us know the reason for the return and we will provide you with details of our return address.
