Where is my order? When can I expect it to be delivered?

Our warehouse works Monday to Friday and despatches orders the same day if ordered before midday. Delivery speed will then depend on the service chosen in checkout.

If you order has not arrived within the timescales below then by all means contact us. If it is sooner than that then please allow for this time to pass before contacting us.

2nd class: 7 – 10 days
RM 48 hour tracked: 2 days – you will receive a tracking email once despatched (check junk folder if not received)

EU: 10 – 14 days
US: 10 – 14 days
Canada: 2 – 3 weeks
Australia: 2 – 3 weeks

2nd class Royal Mail: Free (£2.50 for clearance lines)

Why is the courier asking me to pay tax and duties?

When we ship outside of the UK we sell to you excluding VAT. You will need to pay import duties and VAT to the courier. It is very important that you provide the correct email address and mobile number so that you receive their payment instructions.

If you do not settle the import duties and VAT within 48 hours of being contacted the courier will return your order to us.

If this occurs will will only refund you for the price of the product; not the delivery charges. And we will only process your refund when the goods are received back in our warehouse. This can take up to 6 weeks.
